Our mission is to redefine a better normal for workplace leadership. Most of us are not here to just do nice things in the world, we're here to create positive change. Yet, our workplaces are not a place of thriving, they're a place of burnout. Sadly, burnout is the enemy of creating this positive change. The only way to adapt and have the impact you set out to create is to embrace the next normal of workplace leadership. To lean into a paradigm shift that undoes the damage created by top-down, controlling management systems. It is time to create impact from the inside out.

A big thank you for an incredible opportunity for the RSA leadership team to participate in a workshop offered by Brainerd Lakes Area Community Foundation, powered by CommunityGiving, and created by THRIVE IMPACT! ? Through the Impact-Driven Leadership for the Next Normal workshop, we learned so much about how to reduce burnout, build resilience, and tap into the collective power of our team and community. This engaging series opened our eyes to new ways of thinking and collaborating, helping us strengthen our leadership and create a greater impact in the work we do. ?? This week we had the privilege of facilitating a half-day experience for this close-knit team. It was such a joy to see the warmth and playfulness among these ladies. Listening to them talk about their "kids" (aka the teen moms they serve) was deeply heartwarming for me. One of the things that I won't ever take for granted in our work at THRIVE IMPACT is the honor of experiencing a small slice of the impactful work that our clients do day-in and day-out. It's a good life, y'all. ??
