Our primary goal at Thrive Therapy is to help children master the skills needed to succeed in life. We enable children to build a variety of skills through the proven method of ABA Therapy. Thrive’s therapists work with children at home, school, and around the community. We also work together with the parents and the other professionals on the child’s team to generalize our approach. Our supervisors are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS), trained to implement behavioral methods to improve social, behavioral, and adaptive living skills. The supervisors work as a team to design programs that are specifically tailored to each individual, as each child has a unique set of challenges and talents. Together with the child and parents, our supervisors plan out the ideal therapy treatment, and implement it with a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and monitor it, ensuring that the child is meeting the stated behavioral and social goals.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our administrative team as a Clinical Manager. Thrive Therapy is a small, warm company committed to providing highest quality ABA to our clients throughout Philadelphia. Come join our collaborative and friendly team! Responsibilities: -Supervise a caseload of BCBA/LBS Supervisors and assist them in providing highest quality ABA services to our clients - Conduct in-depth clinical audits of clinical files and programs to assist with quality assurance - Monitor and evaluate client progress through data analysis -Supervise graduate students pursuing BCBA certification - Maintain accurate documentation of medical records Experience: -Must be a BCBA, LBS with at least 3 years experience including supervisory experience - Thorough understanding of ABA and treatment development - Proficient in conducting and reviewing ABA evaluations - Familiarity with CentralReach a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds This is an amazing opportunity to make a maximal impact in a wonderful company!
