Meet Jaeyln Rose, a vital member of the Thrive team since last November. As a CBDS Job Coach, Jaeyln supports clients with intellectual and physical disabilities, helping them develop essential life skills and secure meaningful employment. Her work includes teaching cooking, job applications, and shopping, all aimed at fostering independence and enhancing quality of life.
