As I mark my fifth anniversary as President & CEO of Thrive Support & Advocacy, I find myself reflecting on what has truly been one of the greatest honors of my life. Leading this organization has been an extraordinary journey filled with growth, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to the people we support. ? In the past five years, Thrive has doubled in size,?a reflection of both the increasing need for our services and the remarkable passion and dedication of this community. This growth has allowed us to expand programs, welcome new team members and individuals into our Thrive family, and continue building a culture rooted in inclusion, empowerment, and advocacy. ? To our staff: Thank you for your tireless commitment, creativity, and heart. You are the reason Thrive is a place where people grow, belong, and thrive. ? To our families and caregivers: Thank you for trusting us and partnering with us every step of the way. Your voices guide and ground our work. ?
