At ThreeV, we’re developing an Inspection Insight Automation Platform to revolutionize asset-heavy sectors like Power & Utilities, Renewables, Public Infrastructure, and Aviation. Our goal is to become the B2B Perplexity AI for the physical world. The ThreeV platform uses frontier AI techniques like customized Large Vision Models as well as applying Large Language Models and other automations to drastically improve the end-to-end inspection process. This allows customers to cut Operations & Maintenance costs, streamline inspection decisions, and improve data accuracy to prevent asset failures. High-profile safety incidents like the Camp Fire in Northern California and the recent Lahaina fires in Maui underscore the urgent need for our platform, making it not just innovative but essential.

Having previously served as an Advisor for about 5 years for this incredible program during my time at Deloitte, it was especially meaningful to come back in this new role as a venture backed startup founder and witness the talent and dedication that over 100 junior practitioners bring to the table. Startup Deloitte is one of my favorite programs at the firm. This 4-day bootcamp and hackathon brings together emerging leaders to tackle some of the toughest challenges in the enterprise world. Seeing these rising stars channel their creativity and resilience reminds me why programs like this are so impactful – they create spaces where innovative thinking and practical skills combine to drive real-world solutions. Deloitte’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of collaboration has had a lasting impact on my own journey.   • Meet Nicholas Boncich VP of Product at ThreeV Technologies, Inc. Nick has been working with us at ThreeV before we closed our pre-seed round. He leads our product development team, working with customers to understand their needs and translating them into product features. He heads up a team of front and back-end engineers, UX/UI designers, as well as data scientists who build models to be deployed on our platform. Prior to ThreeV, Nick was the COO at a Venture Studio based out of Los Angeles, where he worked closely with founders to launch and grow technology enabled startup businesses. Before that, he was a technology consultant at Deloitte, where he was on the founding team of Deloitte’s Digital Reality market offering, launched an innovation lab and solution accelerator, and worked closely with their human centered design group.     Sharing a different kinda certificate today! LinkedIn is a place where people share all sorts of technical, PM, Scrum type certifications. Here I am breaking the chain. I am a passionate golfer for about 1.5 years now, few months ago I got lucky and had my first hole-in-one. For my non golfer connections, hole-in-one is an extremely rare phenomenon in golf, where the ball goes in the hole just in 1 shot usually at 150-200 yards distance. People play all their life and don't get a hole in one. I got lucky in nearly 1.5 years of playing. Find some pictures below! Before some golfers judge me for using a 6 iron for a 160 yards shot, please note we had crazy headwind!
