If you want something done, ask the most epic person you know to do it. For many of us at ThreeFlow that person is Tiffany McClellan. ?? Around a year ago she took on the charter of shifting her brokerage from managing the renewal and RFP process the old fashioned way (email & excel) to using a Benefits Placement System. A critical step to making the overall experience work for EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants was building an integration between their agency management system and ThreeFlow. By passing sold plan decisions from ThreeFlow to Vertafore's BenefitPoint system their data gets cleaner with each event, and their agency management system becomes more useful. A boat load of credit goes to Tiffany. From where I sit she’s demonstrated the foundational leadership qualities that get things done. ???????????? ?????????????? ?????????? ???? ?????? ‘????????’, ???????????? ???????? ?????? ‘??????’ ?? Effective leaders don’t assert overly strong opinions on ?????? to do a thing — they get clear on the outcomes, and guide their team towards the desired results. Resisting the urge to take over is simple on the surface, but not always easy to do. When Tiffany first got involved in the ThreeFlow relationship, she sourced a list of ‘asks’ from her team. Then abstracted up to the outcomes they were really after, aligning her team and ThreeFlow along the way. ?????????????????????? ?? ???????????? ?????????????? ?? Solving hard problems takes time. Tiffany and our teams have spent countless hours mapping the BenefitPoint <> ThreeFlow integration into phases, incrementally increasing the shared value over time. This can be tedious work, but she’s reinforced the right mindset by returning to the worthwhile outcomes we’re all driving towards. ?????????????????? ???????????? ?? Tiffany is tracking the adoption of ThreeFlow within her org, including her team’s year to date production with preferred carrier partners. This rigor shows her and her team what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest more time. Over-communicating is one of the simple skills that separates great leaders from the pack.
