Primary focus will be on our Filemaker platform that powers our business operations. What you'll do: Lead and manage our software development team Oversee the entire development lifecycle from requirements to deployment Translate business needs into technical solutions Create project roadmaps and ensure timely delivery Maintain system documentation and conduct training What you'll need: 3-5 years experience in product management or IT project management Strong understanding of operating systems and database administration Experience with agile methodologies Excellent leadership and communication skills Printing industry experience a plus!
