Originally constructed in 1902, the Smedley Campus—now home to Denver Montessori—has been modernized for comfort and efficiency, thanks to 360 Engineering's leadership. 📌 Phase 1: We delivered cooling comfort with a new chilled water system, air conditioning upgrades, and meticulous equipment and piping routes coordination. Despite supply chain challenges, early procurement of critical components like the chiller and fan coil units kept the project on track. 📌 Phase 2: Aging steam boilers were replaced with efficient forced draft systems featuring upgraded DDC controls, a pre-assembled steel flue tower, and enhanced structural modifications. This project is a testament to teamwork and innovation, with seamless collaboration between Denver Public Schools, AE Design, and our structural subconsultants. It’s always fantastic when 360 makes a positive community impact through more energy-efficient facilities! There’s a new Visitor Contact Station at Cedar Breaks National Monument in Brian Head, Utah, and we were on the Anderson Hallas Architects design team during the project. The community-funded Centennial Challenge program made it possible to replace outdated facilities in this impressive 3,400-square-foot building. The new Visitor Contact Station offers indoor and covered outdoor spaces for educational programs, interpretive activities, and special events. 360 Engineering contributed to the creation of this fully electric new facility. The restroom building features an energy recovery ventilator, and the visitor area and offices are equipped with efficient infrared electric heat. #EngineeringExcellence #SustainableSolutions #MechanicalEngineering #EnergyEfficient #FullyElectric
