Say hi to Mike, our Production Manager out of Kansas City! ?? Mike has spent the last decade making a huge impact—not just on the work we do, but on the people around him. From day one, he’s led with integrity, always putting homeowners first and making sure his team has the tools and support to succeed. His leadership is built on trust, growth, and doing what’s right, and that’s what makes him such a respected part of the team. But what really sets Mike apart is his drive to help others grow. He’s faced plenty of challenges along the way, but instead of backing down, he’s used every experience as a chance to learn—and to lift others up with him. Whether he’s mentoring his team, sharing knowledge, or leading by example, he’s always asking, “How can I make a difference today?” Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his partner and dog, catching up with family and friends, and watching football. He’s also working on his golf and bonsai skills—two hobbies that keep him busy and that he finds incredibly rewarding. Mike, thanks for a decade of dedication, leadership, and the impact you’ve made on so many people. We’re grateful for everything you do! ????

What he loves most about working here is the supportive sales culture, where everyone is invested in each other’s success. For Dylan, redefining the industry is all about putting the customer at the heart of everything—making sure integrity and respect guide every interaction, and standing behind the quality of our work. Outside of work, Dylan’s busy creating memories with his wife and three boys. Whether he’s coaching their sports teams, working on home projects, editing videos, or going on family vacations, he’s all about enjoying quality time with his crew.
