At around 17:35 UTC on October 1, ThousandEyes observed an outage impacting users connecting to Workday. The outage appears to only be affecting Workday customers whose instances are hosted in Workday’s WD5 data center in Portland, Oregon. Impacted users are intermittently experiencing server time-outs suggestive of application-side issues. The incident is still ongoing. Link to explore within the ThousandEyes platform below ?

On October 1, around 08:20 UTC, ThousandEyes observed an outage impacting Salesforce instances hosted in AWS. Salesforce customers experienced time-outs, slow performance and inaccessibility of the service indicative of application-related issues. The service has seen some recovery, but the incident is still ongoing for some users. We will provide updates as remediation efforts progress.
