Thoughtful is a boutique product studio that takes ideas from research all the way to launch. We start out with market research, competitive analysis, user interviews, and interactive prototyping to design and validate product ideas. Once we're convinced the idea is worth building, we follow an agile process to manage the design and development lifecycle. After the product is released, we continue to iterate on and maintain the product. We build products for both companies who want to work with us as clients and for ourselves internally like a venture studio. When we work with clients, our goal is to start the product out on the right foot with high quality designs and best practices with the eventual goal of helping the client take the successful product back into their own management organization. When we incubate our own products, we maintain them internally with the goal of hitting a home run big enough to spin into a separate company.
