If walls could talk... Here’s a first look at a Newbury Street office renovation that is currently under construction. When working with storied structures like this one, often the best thing to do is to strip it down to the bones and see what you find. The demolition process revealed brick party walls rich in texture, rough-sawn timber rafters, and two sizable skylights. Recently, our team gathered in North Carolina for our annual ThoughtCraft retreat! This time away from our daily routines allowed us to reflect on the work we’ve done to tighten our internal systems over the past year. It also gave us space to discuss our goal of implementing a stronger business development culture. In addition to our productive meetings, we had the opportunity to visit several ThoughtCraft projects around the Triangle region, exploring the towns and cities where they're located. On the lighter side, we enjoyed a friendly curling competition, shared delicious meals, and caught up with one another. Our time together was a chance to reaffirm our vision and set the stage for what’s ahead.
