?? JUST SOLD ?? Proud to represent the buyer & new owner of The Hayden Building. Built 1875 by renowned 19th century American architect Henry Hobson Richardson. Boston Landmark 1977. National Register of Historic Places 1980. Acquired by the Non-Profit HBI in 1993, they invested $1M in structural stabilization & envelope repairs. Total renovation started in 2011 and was completed in 2013. The Historic Boston Incorporated Team has been an incredible steward of this building. Now this Historic Preservation journey continues into 2025 & beyond. Handing off the keys ??? to my client yesterday was the proudest moment in my career. The new owners son watched the keys being exchanged and smiled. I hope he remembers that moment. I hope one day he passes those same keys to his daughter or son. Real Estate is home, a symbol of family. When one door closes, another opens. Home is Who We Are.

If walls could talk... Here’s a first look at a Newbury Street office renovation that is currently under construction. When working with storied structures like this one, often the best thing to do is to strip it down to the bones and see what you find. The demolition process revealed brick party walls rich in texture, rough-sawn timber rafters, and two sizable skylights.
