???10/7/24 - 2nd Annaul Thoreau Giving Scramble Golf Tournament was a Success?? ? One week later, and we are still reflecting on the incredible day we had at our 2nd Annual Thoreau Giving Charity Golf Tournament at Stanford. We raised a record $127k!!! We are beyond grateful for the amazing diverse community that came together to support our mission of providing affordable housing for single mothers and at-risk youth in the Bay Area. What a journey it’s been! Just 366 days ago, we raised $37k at our first golf event. This year, we’ve grown fundraising by an astonishing 243%! It’s truly inspiring to see how far we’ve come, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the belief and dedication of this team and our supporters.
