In Baldwin County, a potentially deadly house fire resulted in no casualties, not by chance, but by the swift, decisive actions of two Thompson Tractor technicians. Mike Green and Ryan Turner, who also serve as certified firemen, were coincidentally working on a large piece of heavy equipment adjacent to the home and immediately responded to the emergency. When they spotted flames and smoke coming from the house, Mike and Ryan kicked into high gear, promptly shifting from technician to firefighter. Noticing people were still in the home, Mike and Ryan made it a priority to safely get them out of the house and then made a defensive attack to contain the fire as best as possible without their protective gear until more firemen arrived. We are so proud of Mike and Ryan for their heroic actions. Thank you both for your service!
