The last PSH Maintenance Learning Exchange of 2024 was held at The Villaggio. Maintenance Technicians who work at buildings with Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) residents met to share and receive feedback from peers. This dedicated time allows staff to access valuable resources to better support residents who formerly experienced homelessness and are now living in #TSAHousing communities. Building 701 MacArthur on the West LA VA campus is leasing up! 118 units (studio and 2BD) will be opening in early 2025. Homes will feature a full kitchen, bathroom tub/shower and air with access to laundry facilities, fitness equipment, computers and onsite case managers. Prospective applicants must be HUD/VASH eligible and referred through the VA or U.S.VETS. No minimum income required. TSA is excited to announce that we are partnering with Homeboy Industries for the 2024 “TSA's Big Give”. Located in Los Angeles for over 35 years, Homeboy Industries is the largest gang rehabilitation and re-entry program in the world. Annually, the nonprofit welcomes nearly 10,000 people through its doors providing provide training and support to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated people, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community.
