Happy Woman's History Month! ✨ Allow us to introduce to you another amazing woman on the Thomas Pest Services team, Tiffany Jack on our Partner Acquisition Team. Tiffany didn't know anything about the pest control industry before joining the team, all she knew was that rodents and bugs freaked her out! At the time, she was still calling her mom to come to her house to kill spiders for her.😆 She was attracted to the position because it included building great rapport with customers. When asked "who is a woman you look up to?," she responded "Any woman that demonstrates strength, determination, outspokenness and stands in her power to be great when it comes to their growth, betterment of their life and sets a positive example for others, I 100% would feel inspired & stand by them."💪 Women hold a very small percentage of roles in the pest control industry. Why are we working to raise awareness for Cerebral Palsy this month? It's personal to us. 💚 Bill and Sarah's daughter Riley was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at 18 months old. With Riley's condition, a mild right-side spastic hemiplegia, she has stiffness in her arm and leg, making everyday tasks and movements difficult. Riley is a loving, determined, smart little girl with a contagious smile, and while Riley is not as fast, lacks coordination, and struggles with her gross and fine motor skills, she is no different from her fellow kids. ✨Riley's courage has inspired Thomas Pest Services to raise awareness about Cerebral Palsy, the effects it can have, and the people it touches so that we can collectively work toward a future where kids like Riley and their families have all the resources they need for daily life.
