On Wednesday, we hosted another group of Career and Leadership Development Academy (CLDA) students for an immersive look into the construction industry. From interactive Q&A sessions with our team to a project site tour, design challenge, and blueprint scavenger hunt, the day was packed with opportunities to explore careers in the AEC industry. ???? #TeamThomas is proud to announce that we won an Eagle award at the 2024 Excellence in Construction (EIC) Awards gala last night for the nCino Corporate Headquarters project as well as an Honorable Mention for the New Hanover County Government Center. We had a fantastic group of leaders this week at FMI's Emerging Managers Institute in Raleigh, North Carolina. I appreciated the diversity in roles and companies and how each perspective strengthened the conversations and experience for each leader as they added tools to their toolbox for managing more effective teams and projects.
