As we celebrate #BlackHistoryMonth, we’re honoring Black trailblazers who’ve help shape the PR & Communications industry. Today, we spotlight Patricia “Pat” Tobin, who for 25 years ruled Los Angeles’ PR scene as a master networker, event guru, and fierce advocate for diversity in media. As a founder of the National Black Public Relations Society, Tobin opened doors for countless Black professionals in the PR industry.?She also established Tobin & Associates, one of the most powerful Black-owned PR firms in the U.S. –working with clients like Toyota, Spike Lee, Wells Fargo, the NAACP and more. TBC celebrates influential Black voices today and every day. #BHM2025
