?? Celebrating Leadership Excellence! ?? Thomas Automotive proudly announces the graduation of our fourth annual Thomas Leadership Initiative (TLI) Class! Over the past 9 months, participants immersed themselves in leadership development, exploring the 10 Commitments of Leadership, gaining insights from leadership texts, and sharpening their skills through dynamic discussions, practical tools, and team-building activities. To date, more than 80 leaders across all levels of our organization have graduated from this transformative program. This year’s graduation ceremony, held at Olde Bedford Brewing Company, featured Kent Tonkin, DBA from Saint Francis University as our keynote speaker. Reflecting our commitment to servant leadership, the TLI class also organized Thanksgiving food drives, providing over 30 meals to local families across our communities. We extend our gratitude to the program’s leaders, Ken Salem and Keith Kuckenbrod, D.Ed., and our guest speakers for their contributions to this impactful initiative.
