We spent the afternoon checking in on our Little Free Library boxes making sure they are stocked and even added a few books to get our your gals and guys in the holiday spirit! Did you know that #TOFTG has (8) #LittleFreeLibrary boxes installed around the Coastal Bend of Texas? These boxes were sponsored by The Manufacturing Institute - MI / Union Pacific Railroad and Port Corpus Christi and were built by some of our littlest future #WomenInIndustry where we had the opportunity to introduce them to power tools and paint brushes! We just took a trip out to Butter Churn Restaurant in Sinton, Texas to support the Sinton Future Problem Solvers Association’s Bake Sale! Future Problem Solving is a global organization and competition whose objective is to find actionable solutions to real-life problems. Our Empowering Her to Lead Experience has come full circle! Last month we had the opportunity to take an awesome group of gals from Ingleside High School to the Mays Business School - Texas A&M University Women's Leadership Initiative Conference in College Station, Texas and yesterday they got a tour of the Enbridge Ingleside Energy Center (EIEC), the largest crude oil storage and export terminal by volume in the United States! We'd like to thank Brandi Rogers, Supervisor of Scheduling Operations, Sierra Sanchez, DCS Operator, and Maegan Coleman, Environmental Analyst, for sharing their career journey with the girls and helping to inspire them to reach for the stars when it comes to their future! We'd also like to thank Project YaREN for their support and investing in our efforts to #FuelTheFuture of #WomenInIndustry!
