    Passion is overrated focus on quality from day one. Since exiting stealth mode with Keen, the last four months have been the grind of building a foundation for years to come. Everyone says we’re crafting something truly special, and the only way to measure it is with momentum. Today, I can happily say we have momentum and quality as our catalysts. Quality will always shift and be elusive but here is what we accomplished this past quarter: ?? Team Expansion: Onboarded 15 full-time employees with another 7+ to join in the next 30 days. We're building high-performing teams for 8 clients across CPG, Health & Wellness, Apparel, Food/Beverage, and FinTech. ?? Cape Town the Proven Talent Hub: Created a database of 3,500+ candidates in Cape Town across Creative, Digital, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service and we’ve conducted over 500 virtual face-to-face interviews. Every candidate has been vetted, skill sets identified, strengths logged, and portfolios reviewed. ?? Launched Org Chart Audits: Launched our Org Chart Audit service and successfully worked with 5 brands to optimize their internal structures. ?? Two Cape Town Offices: Expanded our footprint with two office locations in Cape Town to support our growing teams and operations. ?? Built A University Talent Source: We’ve established partnerships with 4 of Cape Town's top Marketing, Advertising, and Creative universities to fuel internship and candidate feeder programs, ensuring a continuous flow of top-tier talent. ?? Personal Highlight: Spent 5 weeks in Cape Town alongside our talented frontline teams, onboarding, scaling, and ramping up operations – and got to work with them in person. I can’t believe this is just the beginning. We’re redefining what it means to build global teams with dedicated focus and premium talent.     Are scopes ruining your relationships? ?? ? When working with traditional agencies, the concept of scopes is often unavoidable. They provide structure, predictability, and help define SOW cost, but can also be a double-edged sword. ?? In many client-agency relationships, the phrase "that's not in scope" is a third rail ? – clients hate hearing it, and employees often won't bring it up till it is at a boiling point. Have you ever felt trapped by rigid scopes that suffocate creativity and innovation? ?? Or dealt with the nightmare of capped hours and endless revisions, only to get a fraction of the focus your project actually needs? ? I'm curious to know: What's the most frustrating part of dealing with scopes in client <> service provider relationships? Did I leave any frustrations off the list?? ??
