We're thrilled to announce that Peyton McCullough, Key Account Coordinator, is our Global Employee of the Quarter! ?? Peyton's dedication, hard work, and positive attitude have made a significant impact on our team. Check out our Q&A interview where we'll dive deeper into Peyton's role and accomplishments. ?? ? Q: Can you describe a typical day in your role as a Key Account Coordinator in the activewear industry? A: There isn’t really a typical day in this role, which is something I love about it. The one thing that stays constant is responding to customer emails and processing dropship orders first thing in the morning, but after that, anything is fair game. I could be checking in samples, working on cobrand orders, building reports to analyze sales data, and the list goes on. I get to work with so many different people on the team, and I’m truly never bored. ? Q: How do you support your Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with accounts? A: I make sure I am always quick to respond to customer emails, know the product well and am able to speak to it in client meetings and appointments, and honestly just offer any additional assistance whenever it’s needed. I try to have a solid understanding of our accounts so I can help recommend products and offerings that would work best for their unique needs and customer base. ? Q: What skills and qualities are essential for success in this role? A: You have to be flexible and able to quickly move from one project to another, stay super organized, and work well with different personalities, both internally and externally. It also helps to have experience in various sectors of the retail business! ? Q: What sets Thirty Three Threads apart from other companies you’ve worked for? A: The people are amazing! There is so much support at 33 Threads - in terms of everyday productivity, professional growth, attaining goals, etc. Everyone is willing to lend a helping hand when someone else needs it, and we all truly want to see each other succeed! Unfortunately, that can be hard to find in this industry, but that’s really what made me fall in love with the company. ? Q: What’s one project you’re working on that you’re proud of? A: We have a new cobranding program called Quickstrike that was in development when I was first hired. I am essentially the “project manager” for this program and the liaison between the Sales and Product teams. As we learn more about our capabilities, I work with the team to improve processes and efficiencies. It has been really exciting to help spearhead this initiative while being relatively new to the company. I am proud of the progress we have made so far and am excited to continue enhancing and expanding upon the program. ? #EmployeeSpotlight #TeamAchievement #GlobalRecognition

So proud of my teammate, Erica! It's been a joy watching you grow!
Meet Erica Gravalec, Investor Relations Manager ?? ? Congratulations to Erica, our Global Employee of the Quarter! Read our Q&A interview to learn more about Erica’s journey and achievements. ? Q: Erica, tell us about your transition to Investor Relations and Project Manager for acquisitions. A: Sure! I joined the Legal team a year ago from our Sales team, and it's been both exciting and challenging. There has been a lot to learn and I'm still learning, but I’m grateful for the opportunity to expand my skills and I have really enjoyed all the new opportunities to contribute to the company. ? Q: What exciting, new projects have you tackled recently? A: Implementing our new contract request process has been one of the most rewarding projects. I’ve become very familiar with our project management software, so I’ve been managing and organizing projects across different departments and have enjoyed getting to work with all the departments in the company. ? Q: It sounds like you've had a significant learning curve. How did you navigate this transition? A: When I started, I had limited knowledge of IP, legal matters, M&A, or project management and Kaila, our VP and General Counsel, spent countless hours getting me up to speed. The support from the team was critical to my progress. I asked a lot of questions, learned from my mistakes, and stayed as organized as possible. I also took a project management course that gave me a good starting point for project management. ? Q: What advice would you give to someone looking to achieve similar growth? A: Be patient with yourself and spend the time to really understand what you’re learning. Once I had a better understanding, I noticed I started to think deeper and expand my perspective. And ask questions! ? Congratulations again, Erica. We are proud of your accomplishments! #EmployeeSpotlight
