Bill Milroy, co-founder of ThinKom Solutions, Inc., previously served as a Senior Engineering Fellow at Raytheon’s Electromagnetic Systems Department. With 20 years at Raytheon (Hughes Aircraft), he led RF antenna design and development for commercial and military radar and communication systems, including 1-D and 2-D Electronically-Scanned Arrays (ESAs). He has authored/co-authored nine papers on network analysis, circuits, antennas, and microwaves and holds over 45 awarded and pending patents. A former Chairman of the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (Los Angeles Chapter), he specialises in electromagnetic scattering, materials, and microwave devices. ??Airlines have more choice now than ever when deciding which in-flight connectivity solution to opt for.
