Scenes from Madison Dierks, PLA, ASLA, and Morgan Chapman, PLA's session "Prepare for Being Unprepared: Practice Makes Experience—Not Perfection" yesterday at LABash Conference. A session about using improv comedy principles to enhance communication, manage stress, and foster professional growth. By embracing imperfection, making quicker decisions, and listening with greater empathy participants learned key abilities for effective collaboration and adaptability.
