Cleaver & Cocktail came to Think Tank with a mission: create brand awareness, gain press coverage, and bring us diners. Cleaver & Cocktail was committed to doing things differently than other steakhouses, proudly sourcing produce from local famers. In addition, they built a unique dry-aging room for their meats, offered an extensive menu of signature cocktails, and built out both indoor and outdoor space for private events and weddings. Our initial step was creating their branding and web design. Next, we took professional photos and videos to showcase the uniqueness of Cleaver & Cocktail’s dry-aged steaks and ardent spirits within their beautiful space. We successfully launched the restaurant in 2022. After the successful launch, we promoted the brand through social media, email marketing, press opportunities, and more. We positioned Cleaver & Cocktail as the go-to choice for hosting large-scale corporate events, wedding rehearsals, and outdoor weddings while consistently enhancing the restaurant’s brand awareness and brand equity within the St. Louis market.
