We're very excited to share MAE Dance Company has officially started construction on their new Andover studio this week! The tenant improvement includes a new lobby with brand wall, three new studios, offices, study nooks and support spaces to follow. Groundbreakings are always special milestones! The Forum marks our 24th project in the vibrant community of Delano, MN, over the past 19 years. And we're focused on bringing Adam's vision to life and creating a unique space for the entire community to enjoy. With indoor pickleball and golf, a health club, and private office spaces, The Forum is set to become a destination where people can connect, stay healthy, and work in an inspiring environment. Exciting news! I’m thrilled to announce that construction has officially begun on my new venture, Forum! This innovative mixed-use concept will feature indoor pickleball courts, private office spaces, a health club, and golf simulators. Forum will create a healthier, happier and more successful community through shared work, wellness and play. ?? Four Indoor Pickleball Courts - Built by ATE Recreation ?? 15 Private Offices ranging from 60 - 160 SF in size, designed for individuals and small businesses. Each office will be individually secured and share a conference room / podcast studio, lounge space and kitchen. Available now for pre-leasing! ??♂? Health Club – Multiple fitness spaces including an exercise room, group fitness, and outdoor turf fitness area. A full service locker room is complete with spacious saunas. ? Golf Simulators - Two Trackman golf simulators on the mezzanine overlooking the pickleball courts. What a great ribbon cutting! We had the pleasure of joining North Star Bank as they officially opened their newest Loan Production Office in Maple Grove, MN. This location includes an open lobby with two teller stations, two private offices, conference room, beverage station, break room, copy + print and conveniently placed ITM vestibule for better customer access.
