  • In a significant step towards fostering sustainable rural development, the Zubair EDC (Zubair Enterprises Development Centre) , in collaboration with FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations-Oman), successfully launched and reviewed the first pilot project for agricultural tourism in Balad Sayt village, Wilayat of Rustaq. The initiative was inaugurated under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Bakri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources for Agriculture, in the presence of distinguished guests and local community members.
