Today's summit started off strong with Darin Lynch of Irish Titan steering the conversation on The Future of eCommerce. Katy Eriks (SuitShop) discussed cutting edge technology and using AI to keep customers engaged and Brandon Chase (Wiland) advised that ? Retention is key—focus on keeping the customers you already have ? Ensure the data feeding your AI is current and robust to make it work for you Next, Meyar Sheik from Insider. took us through his playbook for building flexible, scalable systems that deliver standout customer journeys had everyone scribbling notes. We then switched gears to B2B with Sri Vathson Padmanaban (Arizon Digital USA - Digital Commerce Experts) moderating a powerhouse panel that included Darin Lynch, Lisa Oliver (Molson Coors Beverage Company), Maggie O'Toole Santos (Chamberlain Group), and Mike Boswell (Breakthru Beverage Group). The panel dropped some serious knowledge on Innovative B2B eCommerce Strategies, covering everything from platform choices to customer experience.
