Nights of Lights has been listed among the top ten holiday light displays in the world by National Geographic. During this festival of lights, downtown St. Augustine glows from the ground to the rooftops. At 10pm last night the city was filled with onlookers enjoying the scenery. Beautiful! St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights features millions of tiny white lights that create a magical atmosphere in the Nation’s Oldest City. ???????????? ???????? ???? ??????!

It was cool and overcast that day in Juneau—no rain, but a steady Alaskan mist. We spent an afternoon on a catamaran looking for humpback whales! I was cold but didn’t care; I was having the time of my life! We spotted 10 humpbacks that afternoon and probably targeted 6 or 7 whales that day. It was simply unbelievable! I can’t believe how much I enjoyed myself. What a treat! Each of us gets to decide how we face the markets we swim in every day. And the content we Post, Like, or Share lives in perpetuity on the Web. ?????? ?????????? ?????? ???????????? Our poll on the Return to Work (RTW) preferences are in. The people have spoken and it’s clear that the majority prefer the Remote option and are Unsure on Hybrid. The numbers were close when compared to Office and Hybrid but Remote is clearly the winner. ? ???????? ???????? for those that prefer to work from home? ? ?????? ???????? for those that prefer Office/Hybrid ? ???????? ???????? for those that love the new work/life balance model ? ?????? ???????? for landlords and restaurants/bars that count on lunch and after work traffic ? Some employers have already put a significant stake in the ground on employee returning to the Office OR ELSE. We shall see.? ? ?????????????? ????????????!
