Seeing a lot of people in TV, film and animation here who have lost their jobs or face losing their jobs and it is a terrible state of affairs--I'm very sorry to see this. If you are one of the above, I invite you to learn about Web3, specifically blockchain technology and DRM. Yes, those are a lot of scary words, but to me they are a game changer and worth your time to investigate. As an artist and creator myself, I'm also an early adopter of technology, dating back to the first iteration of the HTML web back in 1994 (Web 1.0), to having the first mobile deals as far back as 2002 (Web 2.0) to 2018 when I first learned of blockchain technology (Web 3.0). I'm not talking about badly drawn pictures that you can right click and save. I'm talking about the future of streaming, distribution, ownership and the technology that supports it, from books to music to movies. If you find yourself frustrated as a creator who can't get a show made, have no control over studio projects or lack resources to explore your own ideas, it's probably time for a change.
