We would like to inform you that the upcoming "Tuesdays with INNODIA" session, scheduled for July 23rd from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. CET, is open not only to all INNODIA Stakeholders but also to all people interested in the field of T1D. This session will focus on The Sugar Science T1D TCR/BCR genetic data repository. the(sugar)science (TSS) is an all volunteer team that has been organically building a digital community of T1D scientists and clinicians with the mission of connecting interdisciplinary scientists who study T1D across with the globe, to each other, to new T1D research and ideas and to T1D data. The (Sugar) Science ecosystem houses a digital library of 560+ scientific talks and reaches 6K scientists weekly with its Week in Review (WiR) newsletter. TSS hosts data driven T1D-focused hackathons and from this offering, TSS identified a need for a T1D TCR/BCR genetic data repository. TSS identified AIRR data commons as the most harmonized and standardized community build data set in existence and partnered with them to create a vertical. iReceptor acts as a seamless onboarding and access portal for scientists to share and access the TSS novel T1D data set. TSS representatives are excited to share their progress, and that of their partners, AIRR and iReceptor today.
