Tell us your favorite ice cream flavor, and we'll tell you ours. ?? ELOTE! That's right, Elote Ice Cream! During our Women's History Month edition of Fork and Flame, Maurice created a recipe honoring American labor leader and activist Dolores Huerta. It was such a crowd favorite that we had to share the recipe with you! Let us know what you think after you try it! Also, let us know if we should do an ice cream series in the comments.

For years, I have envisioned a supper club—a monthly ritual where food, joy, and good company intersect. I have flirted with this concept in various forms, but last month, it crystallized into something tangible. Our supper club, Fork and Flame, was the culmination of all my past experiences, experiments, and endeavors. Being able to do this for Women's History Month also served as a celebration of pioneering spirits and honored Monique, Jhene Aiko, Zora Neale Hurston, Shirley Chisholm, and Dolores Huerta. From Shirley Chisholm's unwavering determination to Dolores Huerta's grassroots movement, each course echoed their legacies, carefully crafted and delivered as a homage to my passion for narrative-driven cuisine. This wasn't just a dinner; it was a gathering that wove the threads of community, creativity, and celebration into something as rich and complex as the histories we honored. My aim for these gatherings is to spark dialogues—a community where food meets culture, leaving everyone full and inspired. Step into our world at TheStew.Club, where every experience begins with food and evolves into a community for belonging, culture, and connection.
