With four locations across the County, we are able to serve various communities in need. The Area Command hosts a 258-bed shelter, annually serves over one million meals, and provides emergency and long-term support for those who need it most. We're in the business of transforming lives.

This Women’s History Month, we honor Evangeline Booth, who made history by becoming the first female General of The Salvation Army in 1934. Her leadership expanded the organization’s social service programs and introduced innovative initiatives, including the recruitment of volunteers who served as chaplains and “doughnut girls” during World War I. Evangeline’s dedication and vision continue to inspire us today.
