A founding member since 1995 of Les Dames d’Escoffier San Antonio, Rosemary Kowalski is 100 years young today - and the journey continues! We’re celebrating her lifetime of culinary innovation and inspiring all women, matched by a commitment to service, philanthropy, and passion for hard work. Rosemary’s efforts are far-reaching and diverse, and she’s been recognized by so many (many!) organizations. This year alone, she received the first-ever Visionary Award from Morgan’s and was honored by the University of Texas San Antonio during Women’s History Month with an exhibit dedicated to her life and legacy. Other recent honors have included the Tribute to Women Business Leaders, San Antonio Women’s Chamber of Commerce; the Marcia Nasatir Award, San Antonio Film Festival; Lifetime Achievement Award, Alamo Asian American Chamber of Commerce; plus a feature story in San Antonio Magazine!! So many accomplishments, so much spirit. Happy Birthday, Rosemary, and thank YOU for all you have given us and the community!
