As cliche as it is to be a business person and quote Sun Tzu, I'm a big fan of the idea that knowing yourself is equally important as knowing your enemy. Applying that to the technology space -- it is important to be honest with what overlap you have with a competitor and what aspects of your company or services set you apart. Every partner we have on The Insurance Perspectives Podcast (presented by HawkSoft) is asked to identify the factor that differentiates them in their vertical and how that is meaningful to agency partners. Kris Bryant of Rhodian Group speaks to how a combination of cyber security compliance management and traditional MSP/IT services make Rhodian Group a valuable team member for independent insurance agencies.
