Do you feel like you are living mainly to please other people? Are you lacking control over the direction of your own life? Are you abusing substances more than you feel you can control? If your answer to one or more of these questions is yes, The Reset Bali is something for you. The Reset Bali offers 2-, 4- and 6-week programs focusing on mental health recovery. When you are feeling overwhelmed, or want to work on relapse prevention, The Reset Bali is the place for you. Our foundational 2 week program aims to help you get back control over your life. Our 4- and 6 week program will help you understand who you are, why you have been struggling in the past and how to build healthy habits. We have created this program based on a set of principles that will give you “The Reset” to a happier life. Most importantly, we believe that your mental and physical health are deeply connected. Learning how your body can make you feel happier and how your thoughts influence your physical wellbeing is the starting point of our program. The Reset Bali provides a personalized support program focused on mental health, physical recovery, and the cultivation of healthy habits. In our mental health program you will learn to get back control during our four times weekly Group Educational sessions and three times weekly one-on-one therapy sessions. Our physical program will help you to reconnect with your body and work towards a healthy life style where you enjoy activities that suit your level of fitness and personal interests.
