Thanksgiving Therapy Partners Group way Golden Bear Physical Therapy Rehabilitation & Wellness recently had a wonderful dinner, bringing together our Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) and Clinic Directors—a moment to reflect on the hard work and dedication that make our clinics thrive. This evening was all about recognizing the critical role PCCs play. They are the first touchpoint for our patients, setting the tone for care with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. Their efforts go beyond scheduling and organization. It was inspiring to share this moment with such an incredible team and to see their contributions acknowledged.
