Reflecting on her journey, Suganya shared that it wasn’t easy at first – the mock exams were challenging, especially when returning to test-taking after some time. But with persistence, re-doing practice exams, and hands-on lab exercises, she built the confidence to succeed. One standout strategy was tackling the labs without relying on help docs, allowing Suganya to develop ‘muscle memory’ for navigating the system. This approach not only helped her pass the certification but also deepened her understanding of the platform. Now equipped with this certification, Suganya is ready to tackle new challenges and certifications ahead. We had the chance to sit down with Mark Adams to discuss his journey to becoming a Principal Technical Consultant, and it’s clear why he’s such a valuable member of The Process Play. Mark’s promotion comes as a result of his incredible dedication to overcoming complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions. From developing intricate integrations to adapting to new technical modules on short notice. His expertise has played a pivotal role in delivering successful presentations to key stakeholders and has helped streamline operations for our clients. In his new role, Mark will be taking on greater responsibility, not only in his individual contributions but also in supporting the growth of his team.
