Our mission is to offer delicious, fresh wholesome dishes, freshly made juices, salads, sandwiches, soups, entrees and desserts…all organic and at affordable prices. Wherever possible, we rely on only the best quality local produce. In many cases, food has been growing only a day or two before it is served to our customers. When it is not available locally, we search the globe in our quest for the best organic, natural or artisan quality ingredients as reflected in our coffees, teas, and spirits. Our recipes combine a healthy set of ingredients in order to provide the utmost in taste, and nutritional value. We are organic wherever possible and are constantly striving to source the very few non-organic ingredients on our menu.
