In celebration of Black History Month, our employees attended an exclusive tour at the Metropolitan Museum of Art to explore how Black artists and cultural figures have connected with ancient Egypt. The exhibit spans 150 years, showing nearly 200 diverse works from the 19th century to today.

On February 3, over 160 Theory employees came together to celebrate Lunar New Year with a vibrant lion dance performance. The lion visited both of our New York office and flagship store, spreading joy and energy throughout our spaces. Traditionally, the lion dance symbolizes good luck and prosperity for the year ahead, making it a meaningful way to welcome the New Year as a community.

We are devastated by the fires spreading throughout LA and surrounding areas, and our thoughts are with so many of our affected colleagues, friends, family and customers. Together with our sister brands UNIQLO and GU, we will donate $1 million USD worth in relief funds and up to $1 million USD worth of clothing as needed. Our immediate actions: We have donated new Theory clothing to the Los Angeles Mission as they prepare and distribute kits for evacuees. Fast Retailing Inc. has pledged a donation to California Fire Foundation, which provides critical support to surviving families of fallen firefighters, firefighters, and the communities they serve.?
