Companies such as Universal Orlando Resort, Walt Disney World, Orlando City SC, Visit Orlando and more participated in the Pride Parade in downtown Orlando over the weekend. The event is the largest single day event in Central Florida with last year attracting over 220,000 guests. #orlandolife

Yesterday kicked off a dry run of "Containment Breach" - a thrilling VR experience developed by local creatives and available to experience in downtown Orlando. Seen below, Mitchell Sanchez and Angel Rodriguez Lozada work together to prepare the experience for guests who arrived on Sunday evening. The experience, which lasts around 10 minutes, immerses you into a high-tech facility tour that ends up going wrong.?During our virtual journey we entered elevators and walked through dark halls as we toured the facility.?When the experience ended, we removed our headsets only to realize that we spent the entire time walking around only on the dance floor of the bar. This is the first attempt by The OtherVRse designing an event of this kind in a local establishment. Last night was the opening of Orlando Museum of Art’s newest exhibits titled Torn Apart (Punk design, photos, culture), Push (photographs by Grant Britten, renowned skateboarding photographer) and Front Row Center (iconic photos of rock, blues and soul musicians). They also have an exhibit on Golden Books! Definitely need to visit OMA soon if you missed the opening last night.
