?? Nurses are reshaping healthcare through #innovation—and they know it! The Nursing Beat’s latest survey reveals that 98.5% of nurses believe they are critical in improving patient care. But with 40% saying their institutions don’t support nurse-led innovation, there’s a clear call for change. Rebecca Love RN, MSN, FIEL, and Marion Leary, PhD, MPH, RN, two nurse innovation leaders, emphasize that innovation doesn’t require a million-dollar idea—just a willingness to tackle inefficiencies and a commitment to improving the healthcare system. For many nurses, this begins with recognizing their own potential and connecting with like-minded mentors.
