With thanks to our The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) Student Executive Board at the University of Mount Saint Vincent - Sierra Romero, Sarah Tortorici, Julia Angeles, Berlianny Almanzar Amanda Mercado, and Anjolie Ramos we successfully hosted our 3rd Social Event of the Fall Semester ???? With the rise of #pickleball in the United States as one of the most inclusive sports, our students asked, planned, and executed a successful pickleball tournament that welcomed participants ranging from freshmen - seniors and #UMSV student-athletes! Couldn’t be more proud of my The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) students for facilitating the Toys for Tots campaign on campus. This year, with the help of our Islander community, we were able to raise $1,100 and collect 373 toys for children and families in Corpus Christi. We already have so many great ideas for our campus and community partnerships next year!

Thankful for our community! The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) at University of Nebraska-Lincoln partnered with The Gathering Place of Lincoln for our annual food drive. The Gathering Place of Lincoln was converted into a soup kitchen in 1982 and has served people with backgrounds from homelessness to low income families to college students. They also successfully served 55,660 meals last year. Community Outreach Coordinator Camille McWilliams accompanied by our chapter’s Executive Secretary Tori Randolph and myself dropped off 40+ cans and dried goods for fresh meals to be prepared along with hats, blankets, socks and gloves for the winter season. Thank you to everyone who donated who made this a true season of giving! And a special thanks to Cam who took the time to make this happen!

This past weekend we inducted more than 100 members into the The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) at Florida Atlantic University ! It was a circle moment for me because when I got inducted in 2021, we didn’t have a ceremony due to the pandemic. How amazing is to be preparing the induction ceremony for other members after 3 years! As the social media and co social events chair, it has been fun to create post, stories, posters, and bring ideas for our events. I truly enjoy what I do! I am so thankful for being part of this chapter of the NSLS and for having an amazing eboard team! #InductionCeremony #NSLS #FloridaAtlanticUniversity
