The National Reentry Workforce Collaborative (NRWC) is a community of practice that strategically collaborates to establish unified approaches that support education, workforce and reentry. This group was organized in 2018 by a group of intermediary organizations with aligned vision and missions; all awardees of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Reentry Employment Opportunity (REO) program to implement reentry workforce services. The NRWC provides resources and support to enhance capacity for workforce organizations serving returning citizens. The NRWC supports community-based organizations in guiding vision and strategy, cultivating stakeholder relationships and activities, advancing policies and practices, and mobilizing funding.
