In March of 2000, Shawn Sullivan joined The Morse Group team and became the first (and only!) employee of Automation Solutions of America (ASA). His responsibilities included sales, estimating, hardware design, programming, and start-up. Shawn’s passion for the industry, drive, and natural leadership ability lead to steady growth within ASA. By 2015, the ASA team had grown to 60 members! In 2015, Shawn was promoted to Vice President of The Morse Group, where he assumed an expanded leadership role overseeing operations for The Morse Group. In 2021, Shawn was promoted to President of The Morse Group. Looking back on his 25 years with the company, Shawn takes the most pride in the culture that was built—a culture of collaboration and growth for both individuals and the team. “It’s been a privilege to watch so many people grow from young kids fresh out of college in entry-level roles to leaders within The Morse Group.
