The Monarch Foundation is a private family foundation based in New York City working boldly to scale simple & inclusive solutions to solve some of our society’s toughest problems. We uplift individuals and communities, amplify the voices of others, and scale solutions that work. We manage philanthropic grantmaking portfolios across two main strategic focus areas: disrupting cycles of poverty in New York City and advancing solutions to fight climate change; we are the funders and implementors behind New York City's first guaranteed income program, The Bridge Project, focused on mothers and babies living in poverty; and we impact invest at the intersection of climate change and technology.
