The Mentoring Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a mentoring community for aspiring and seasoned leaders. Why We Exist ? We believe in the talent and passion of Millennials and Generation Z. ? We believe in the wisdom and generosity of Generation X, Baby Boomers and Silent Generation. ? We believe in marrying young leaders’ potentials and accomplished leaders’ experiences to make the world a better place. What We Do ? We help people in the workforce find their strengths and path towards making a positive impact in the world. ? We help accomplished people share their success and happiness. ? We help enrich everyone’s life through meaningful mentoring relationships. How We Do It ? We attract successful and happy leaders as mentors. ? We encourage aspiring and seasoned leaders to invest in their accelerated development as mentees. ? We provide a simple platform to develop and nurture mentoring relationships. ? We match mentors and mentees or they find each other through our platform. ? We thrive on constructive feedback to serve our mentoring community better. We would like to work with like-minded people as partners. Organizations with a similar or related mission as The Mentoring Club make for good partners. We do webinars, educational sessions, executive training programs and similar events with partners. We open our community to accomplished leaders who can provide guidance to aspiring and seasoned leaders looking for help in their leadership development journey to make a positive impact in the world.

What would you do if the role you thought you’d grow into… was just posted as an external hire? That’s exactly what happened to my client, Arjun. He saw a job listing for a leadership role—one he had assumed he’d build from the ground up. His first reaction? Shock. Confusion. Frustration. So I walked him through the situation using the lens of Energetic Leadership, a framework that helps leaders understand their choices and shift their impact. Here’s how the thoughts played out across different energy levels: Level 1: “Why does this happen to me? I knew I wasn’t good enough to lead this team.” Level 2: “WTF. This isn’t what I was told.
