Now in its 4th year, this transformative experience combines community building, expert-led sessions, and personalized coaching. Our 18-month program brings together intimate cohorts of 5-10 women for a comprehensive leadership journey. Participants engage in six biweekly sessions facilitated by subject matter experts, fostering deep community connections and shared learning. The experience transitions into personalized one-on-one coaching, where each leader develops a customized plan to build on their strengths and enhance their impact.
