The energy, collaboration, and inspiration that filled the room were unmatched. Together, we celebrated our collective impact, deepened our understanding of how to work together more effectively, and discovered our “Working Genius”—a game-changer in understanding how each of us contributes to the team. We also spent valuable time refining our Lighthouse Vision—aligning on our shared purpose and the individual roles we each play in bringing that vision to life. With the help of our personal playbooks, we’ve launched into 2025 with clarity, purpose, and a roadmap to success. This retreat wasn’t just about strategy; it was about connection, growth, and commitment to the transformative work we do every day.
